Caliber Collision

Brought my car to this shop after two back-to-back (yes really!) accidents, since I’ve had good experiences with Caliber in the past. Kyle was my advisor and provided excellent customer service! I was kept in the loop through every step and the shop handled the details of my rental return. Knowing what’s going on was a relief because it’s so stressful having to plan your life around not having your car. I will definitely be back if I have another accident (cross your fingers for me).

I mean, they were great. Called and they answered, my advisor was Jesus. I don’t have any issues and if I did, they fixed it right there and then. Something wasn’t connected and than took 5 minutes to plug it in. I had some side markers and they gave them to me new. (I did install and replace a fuse myself since it was burnt from the accident but I don’t think anyone would have noticed but me. Took 5 seconds so no complaints)I mentioned this so others understand it’s acceptable and if they’re upset, just bring it back in and talk it out!! Goes a long way. But I did it myself since it was literally 10 seconds. Anywho, got my car back within about 2 weeks, was great to be driving my car again n with no issues! Long term is a hit or miss. Paint on front bumper seems to chip or be too soft. F

John was my main point of contact and his customer service was top-notch – he was super transparent about the process, and kept me updated every step of the way. Joel, the technician, was beyond nice and did an amazing job on my car. But what really took it to the next level was the hospitality from EVERYONE including the receptionist who made my daughter popcorn while we waited, and everyone around was friendly and welcoming. We've actually been coming to Caliber Collision for years, and they never disappoint. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in Anaheim – they're the best in the business! 😊"

I have used this shop twice. Always accurate, complete, and cooperative. Work was excellent and ahead of schedule. Kept me updated and informed every step of the way. Friendly and honest. Totally satisfied.

Picked up my car from repairs; I stated the hood is off, but the shop communicated they didn’t touch the hood nor do they see where the alignment concern is off, yet my paperwork stated HOOD w/ NOTE: dented/buckled from impacted. Right side of hood, panel piece that is lifted and not aligned nor fletched out, but shop communicated, “they don’t see what I’m talking about.” Underneath grill, dented from whatever machinery or tools were used, but shop communicated, they don’t where they came from. Scratched on right side, yet was communicated, “it’s just wax it will come off”.
