Caliber Collision

After an uninsured driver plowed into the driver side front wheel area, my vehicle went to Caliber Collison for repairs. They had her back to normal in a very reasonable and short amount of time and she looks like she did when I bought her brand new. Their prices are reasonable and the work is high quality and guaranteed.

I dropped my jeep off to Calliber Collision after what could only be explained by someone had apparently attempted to break into it via the back door. I took it somewhere else to replace the glass because I thought it was broken, but after they looked at it they put it together enough to keep it from leaking and recommended a body shop and contacting my insurance. They informed me the glass wasn't broken, but a section of the door was bent and the glass wouldn't sit in the track right without a body shop's work. Everyone from the office staff to the gentleman working on it at this Anderson location were very friendly and talked to me like they would a friend or family member. Ed kept me updated via text to let me know everything from when parts were expected to when it was completed. They

*update as of 2/13/25* the only reason why im not givng a lower star is due to Dustin in fishers and the GM K-sondra. this has been the biggest nightmare that ive ever had to deal with. It has been nothing short of a major inconvenience and a huge hardship on me. 9/12/24 was my wreck and to this day my car is still having big issues every time i turn around. It seems to be after i get my car back from the last issue, 2 weeks go by and the next one is happening. The last big issue was a gas leak in my car that they were never able to determine what the cause was. I can not describe the added anxiety and straight fear i have when getting into my car. its always "whats going to happen next". This was a BRAND NEW CAR when i bought it, ONE YEAR AGO TODAY. 1 full year and i only drove it for 6 m

Had our brand new tailgate stolen, Caliber was able to replace it for us. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, worked with our insurance, and listened when we pointed out some things we weren’t sure about. The tailgate didn’t have a key provided so they set us up with Jeremy of Pop-n-Lock who came out expediently and had us covered! They went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work and are continuing to address the issues we had.

Caliber in Anderson was great at communicating and keeping me up to date with my repair. They went above and beyond and returned my vehicle in excellent condition, it was like a brand new car and was so clean!
