Jake was absolutely amazing! The hail storm got me bad! He provided excellent customer service, showed empathy, and kept me informed during my entire repair process. My car was restored to its original condition and looks just as beautiful as it did when I took it off the lot!

This shop was hobby professional and cared about everything. They kept me in the loop every three days and even kept my car when we was winter storms coming so I’ll be safe. They are wonderful and I would use them again if I ever need to.

Car had damage to front bumper and right fender. An easy 7 day fix. They had the car for over 30 days and when they said it was ready it wasn’t. The car looked like crap. Nothing lined up. Bumper was off and headlight was crooked. So they agreed to redo it. Another 30 days and car was finally ready. 2 months of rental car cost me $4000. I would definitely not recommend caliber collision and WiFi progressive wouldn’t have recommended them in the first place. 1st picture is the damage from the accident. The rest are when we went to pick it up the first time they claimed it was ready. You can see all the miss alignment in. The new parts and shotty paint work.
