Caliber Collision

I usually never prefer chain businesses, but after going to the other place (Crash Champions) my insurance recommended I was just not feeling very at ease with leaving my vehicle. I decided I would give Caliber a try. Walter was amazing and very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and gave me a good timeline for when to expect my car to be completed. During the process, I was informed on how things were going with my car and when he called to tell me she was almost ready I was elated! Top-notch service, customer service off the charts, and a beautiful job was done on my car! I'm so happy to have her back! Thank you Walter and the team at Caliber for making my baby whole again!!

Awesome experience. As I was driving to work today on Cooper Street, suddenly I got a flat tire, I pulled into the closest parking lot when I noticed Caliber Collision cross the street. I decided to drive to it. I parked and walked into the office. I spoke to a lovely young lady who told me their shop doesn't specialize in fixing tires. I thanked her and asked her if I could stay in their parking spot to call someone who could come and change my spare. As I was on the phone with my friend, young gentleman came out of office and asked me if he could take a look. I said, "Of course, I told him I have a spare." He said he would take care of it. He took my car into the garage, and not even 5 min later, he came back with a smile on his face and spared tire on. The gentleman's name was Abel. He

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came in for a small service and was really impressed with how friendly and professional the team was. The front receptionist was very attentive and friendly and Chris and Michael amazing. They were helpful, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth. I would definitely recommend this location to family members and friend!

I had the greatest experience with Caliber Collision. Fromvthe moment I was greeted to drop my car, until the day I picked it up, I received the greatest courtesy and service. They kept me well informed during the entire process. The entire team there went above and beyond in helping me to get my car completely repaired. The type of customer service they gave was outstanding and something you just don't find often these days. They did a superlative job and a few extra "fixes" without my having to break the bank. They work as a team, with strong management leading the way, to give you quality in the work they do.
