I would especially like to recognize Mr. Willie Strom, who was excellent at his job, very friendly, and always communicative with me. At all times, he kept me informed of every update regarding my vehicle, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. Willie Strom was my service advisor and he pulled together an estimate quickly as well as providing tons of updates while repairs were happening. Using insurance was a smooth process and my car was ready days before it was expected. Would recommend!

My back bumper was replaced efficiently and exactly to my standards. Willie Strom did an excellent job. He cleaned and detailed the interior and exterior of my car as a bonus. He even fixed a small dent that wasn’t part of the job. Great service and thank you Willie.

The professionalism and superior work of Caliber Collision is outstanding. I don’t believe I would have found a better business in my area to take care of my needs. From the initial process of examining the vehicle and providing estimated cost to the completion of the work, including care to the interior was excellent. I felt like my vehicle was “showroom ready.” I elected to be provided frequent updates and found that very helpful. There was a glitch in communication at one point but that issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend or refer this business.
