Nick and his team did an outstanding job on my vehicle. They replaced my rotors, brakes, tie rods, and axles, took care of a seal service, completed a full tune-up, and handled all the necessary fluid services. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and my car feels like new again. Brought in both of my cars here for service. Excellent turn around time on some large repairs. Very transparent inspection process and customer integration, they reported problems I didn't even know I had but with the necessary proof to back up the report. They made a video! I got to approve the repairs I needed done from my phone. Will definitely keep returning.

Top notch service all around. This has been my third visit with Metro Motors and each time I was impressed by their super customer service and ability to diagnose and repair my Toyota. But most impressive was how they explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle including pictures and details. The service manager Nick is terrific. I trust him that he will not try to upsell me but rather make sure that I am getting the service the car needs. It's sometimes tough to find an honest and reliable service station that you can truly trust that you are not being taken advantage of - not here, these are my go-to guys for reliable and honest service that stands by their work.

I had a flat tire and no spare. The great people at Metro Motor — North Arlington saved me the cost of a tow by coming to my home, assessing the situation, and returning with two replacement tires. They installed the tires in my driveway. I really appreciate their great service and friendly yet professional demeanor. Very satisfied customer!

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. I used them once for a tire rotation and a second time for a major brake job. After the tire rotation, they pointed out and marked a not very noticeable, but potentially serious gash in one of the tire walls. Before the brake job, they showed me how the brake pads had been previously installed incorrectly. They provided a free shuttle service to take me home and bring me back. I definitely plan to continue using Metro Motor in the future.
