I cannot thank you and your staff enough for all you did for me in this nightmare of a process with insurance companies and getting my car back so quickly! Mrs. Griffin was absolutely brilliant and amazing!! She made this seamless with incredible communication and updates. Having to go through at the fault’s insurance at first then going through mine afterwards was exhausting, but she made sure to update me with every detail and information to ensure I would get my car fixed and it would be handled properly. Should've gone here first!! Unfortunately I have a decent amount of experience in dealing with collision centers and insurance companies and by far Caliber in Aston has been the best experience I've ever had. Fantastic communication, super fast service and the quality of work is outstanding. I can’t say enough about the quality of work the Caliber team puts into the repairs. This was my second repair with this shop. Their communication throughout the repair process is exceptional. And the customer service is outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was professional and personable. I highly recommend this Caliber location for anyone in need of repairs.
