Nelson's Auto Repair

Anyone have recommendations for a shop I can trust going forward? I use to trust this place, but not after today . I’ve been coming here for five years and won’t be returning. Before having my car towed in, I called and asked if they had tires in stock for my vehicle. The person on the phone had me read off my tire size, which gave me confidence everything would be fine. Once I arrived, I was told the tires wouldn’t be available until the next day. I was left without my car and ended up missing days of work as a result. While I was there, I also decided to get my inspection done. I explained up front that my power steering was broken and why, information that Pep Boys in Wilmington had already confirmed. Been to this shop several times now to have my tires plugged. This place has great customer service, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Not a long wait, and gives an honest assessment for my vehicle. They give options for the tires you’re looking for, and the price is reasonable. I already let them know, I’ll only get my tires from here!

Action tire is great! My tire unfortunately couldn’t be plugged and they provided me with a variety of options to move forward with great pricing. They were very patient, understanding and quick. Love that they are local too. Will be back in the future if/when needed!

I’ve used Nelson’s Auto Repair several different times and I really appreciate how helpful, honest, and nice they are. I also feel they are reasonably priced and I haven’t felt taken advantage of. Would definitely recommend Nelson’s Auto Repair!

We recently moved to the area and after some research, we were impressed by Nelson’s long history of over 35 years in business. We decided to give them a try and were thoroughly satisfied with their service and the quality of their work.
