The repairs came back beautiful we highly recommend to anyone who needs a car repair repaired for any type of accident or situation. Jeff and his staff were highly efficient and the constant contact kept us up-to-date as to the progress of our vehicle Even though this was an insurance claim, the pricing was very fair and the quality of work was exceptional

On September 24th a truck in Pigeon Forge TN decided to come over in my lane (the far right lane) and hit me and went down the entire drivers side from front to back. He had no passenger side mirror and could not see me and of course he had no insurance so my insurance plus me paying my deductible got my car fixed. I was extremely happy when I picked up my car because they restored it to look like new. There were a couple of issues but all in all I am pleased. The only thing that I wish was done was a thorough cleaning on the inside because I had dirt and dust on my dash, console and everywhere and I stopped and vacuumed it out when I got home but the inside does need a good cleaning from the dust. Thank you Charles for making my car look so good and keeping me updated on my repairs.
