Sold me a car AWD missing rear drive shaft, and he told me over and over he would find me one and make it right. That was 2 months ago and now transmission is failing.

Went and looked at a Ford Escape that had nothing wrong with it. Got there… took a picture of our drivers license and told us we could take a test drive. The gentlemen was nice. Started it… Ticking noise in the engine.. decided to give it a mile test drive…engine whine on acceleration, backup camera didn’t work, check engine light was on, sputtered terribly when accelerating, makes a awful noise I can’t even describe when braking and feels like the front struts/shocks or whichever are out.. like driving a trampoline. I can’t believe they would even show a vehicle like this to anyone. Buyer beware; hate to see someone in a tough spot make a bad decision. And yes, I have mechanic experience… I’m 43 years old and bought quite a few cars over the years.
