Great customer service and experience. Stephen Foy took care of me from day 1, always keeping me updated about the time frame / process; the quality and standards of this place are 10 out of 10. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful; she called to the car rental center for me to pick me up and kindly let them know the drop-off time as well. I highly recommend this place!

This shop provided one of the best car experiences I've had in awhile. Emily at the front desk went above and beyond in making the process smooth and low-stress. The repair was done quickly and very well, and they communicated with me throughout the whole process. I can't even tell there was damage to begin with! Their collab with Enterprise made the process super easy as well. This is a shop that helps you feel heard and human when you're going through a stressful moment with your car.

Story Time: Early in February while driving to Tulsa, Oklahoma during a bad snow storm I hit a patch of black ice and spun out into a concrete barrier - resulting in extensive damage to the front and rear driver side of my 2022 Dodge Charger. I had my car towed to the Caliber Collision in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for repairs. Due to several issues with the lack of customer service, shoddy work, and salvaged/used parts they used as replacements where needed - I was HIGHLY dissatisfied with the work they (in)completed. Prime example: A few weeks ago my driver side headlight went completely out (they had replaced the whole assembly). When I attempted to replace the bulb, thinking it had simply burned-out, I discovered they incorrectly secure the bulb into the assembly which caused it to short

Customer service was amazing. My vehicle was hit in an accident and the others insurance was a night made to deal with. So having had top notch customer care and communication with caliber made this a lot less stressful. Emily was amazing at handling our case. And Stephen stayed in contact during the process of fixing what needed fixing and explaining things to better understand what was happening during the repair. This wasn’t our first time here. But it was our first time getting a vehicle repairs. The repairs were amazing. And the estimate examination of damage to our prior car was quick and easy to understand. Great service.

Please see the attach photos and see if you want your car to be “fixed” here. The last claim I worke with them the assured me it was just a plastic portion of my bumper that need it to be fixed. Once I took it to the dealer the found way bigger damage that never got fixed and they gave me the run around for 3 months. I end it brining my car several times. They also try to blame the damage my insurance instead of the 3rd party insurance for the second claim I had with them. Completely disappointed with the work and poor communication they had with me.
