I was pleasantly surprised to have all of my expectations surpassed by LeAnn & the team at Caliber Collision. She made me feel completely confident that my car would be handled professionally & quickly. My car was there less than 2 weeks. It was washed, vacuumed & repaired, ALL the things when I picked it up today. Leann made a bad day better by taking the issue off my plate & making sure it was handled. She kept in touch letting me know what was going on, etc. It really meant a lot to me. 10/10 recommend! Thanks again for everything. :)

Caliber Collision in Boerne was a very smooth process. I was kept abreast of the status and the repair work was excellent. They took us to get a rental at Enterprise and when we picked up the vehicle, they made arrangements for Enterprise to pickup the rental. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. The office was very clean and organized. Very pleased with the entire process.

This was a great experience since the day I walked in without an appointment. Gaby at the front desk was absolutely great. Even through the holidays we were able to get our minivan fixed in a shorter time than expected. Thanks so much for the team that help us with our minivan which turned out amazing.

Immaculate service. My service coordinator, Jerry, provided updates and went above and beyond. Even meeting me on a Saturday morning to let me pick the car up. The car's repairs were ready ahead of schedule and were done perfectly. They detailed the car and gave it back looking and smelling brand new. 10/10 is an understatement. Love this place!!!!
