Monte and the rest of the team were awesome. I got in a wreck passing through Colorado and had to come back to get my car. They were helpful with my unusual circumstances. And the work was great. Highly recommend!!

Caliber made the aftermath of my accident one of the easiest things to deal with. My vehicle was pretty damaged from a t-bone accident back in October and I just received my vehicle this past week. Although the waiting period was pretty long, I still give this shop 5 stars because of their customer service. Amanda was our representative who helped us from the beginning of this to the very end. She was absolutely amazing to work with and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have given this place 5 stars. We were always kept informed of the status of our vehicle and the updates that were being made. She called us when parts were back ordered or difficult to get in for any reason. They gave it back to me with a sound it never had before or after the accident. This noise i noticed when i picked it up from caliber and returned it back to them. They had to replace a tire and left the damaged 1 in my car. I have to initiate calls for car progress

My experience was not for collision repair. It was on my 2024 F250, involving weather and mini tornado damage. The damage was on all quarter panels, hood, top of box that needed to be repaired, and repainted. My experience with the actual facility started very good, however, the end was not so smooth. The entire process took two months to complete and then it was rushed on the last day that I was going to pick up the vehicle. One issue is that the automated program will send you text of information telling you dates of expected completion and those need to be updated with the local management team. That did not happen every day, leaving me as a customer to see dates and times that were not going to be met by the actual work of the shop. That became very frustrating toward the end. I was
