I was looking for a crashed car repair shop and they recommended them to you. My friends have had a bad experience in other workshops and I was afraid that my car would not look good. Not only did it look good, it was perfect, original, just as it was purchased the first time. The paint finish was the best. You can't see the difference. I have asked my friends to look and tell me which side the shock was from and they can't tell me which side the shock was from and they can't tell the difference. The repair exceeded my expectations. Caliber Collision in Buford is AMAZING!! I’m beyond impressed with their customer service from day one all the way through to pick up. Prior to my appointment I was called to confirm my date and paperwork was sent electronically which saved time once I was in the shop. My rental was prearranged by Caliber who has a partnership with Enterprise conveniently located within walking distance of the shop. They arranged for Enterprise to pick us up from the shop and drive us to enterprise where our rental was parked waiting on us when we arrived. I took my car here after a collision, and they honestly are not the best with communication at all. Lorren was overseeing my repair, and I honestly haven’t communicated with her in over two months. They started to become hard to reach once I received my car back and noticed that my driver-side mirror was still not fixed. I understand that mirrors are typically removed during repairs, but I don’t understand why it was taken off and then the same damaged mirror was put back on without being replaced. That never made sense to me. You took my mirror off just to put the same damaged one back on?
