I would like to thank the manager of this auto repair shop and Melissa, who has been assisting me throughout the process. Although we had a language barrier, we communicated using translation software. She was very patient and responsible in her work. This is a great repair shop. They fix cars very well, and their customer service is excellent. They are very kind and friendly to their customers. Many thanks to every employee and manager here. I also want to thank the driver who picked me up and dropped me off. I was deeply touched by the service here. Thank you all.

I had two different incidents and Caliber Collision repaired them both. I hit a coyote and it destroyed my front bumper and the side of my car. Then, my sliding side door came off its track and shattered my back passenger side window. Caliber Collision repaired all of that in a timely manor. When I dropped off my car for repairs, my ride home fell through. The front desk secretary graciously drove me home in her personal vehicle! The serviceman in charge of my repairs kept me informed while the repairs were being made. I highly recommend Caliber Colision! Wonderful service. Excellent repair work!
