Great Work! Ive had experience working with other body shops in my lifetime and these people are the best. The professionalism and consideration shown towards myself and the vehicle is amazing. I was kept updated on the status of the repair and was even sent a few photos of the vehicle, during the repair process. Nice ! The quality of the work is as close to perfection as anyone could want. The entire staff was helpful with answering my questions and concerns. Overall, it was a pleasant and painless experience for something that no one likes going through—vehicle damage. Dropping it off was fast, and getting it assessed was speedy. I was estimated for 1.5 to 2 weeks for repairs, got my car back 2 weeks to the day. For collision services, that is FAST! I appreciated that Enterprise works directly with Caliber and I got a rental car within 15 minutes of being at Caliber, drove off, and when I was ready to pick up my car I just handed Caliber back the keys and they took care of the rest. No fuss with dealing with finding transportation to Enterprise! I got text updates when all the work was being done, and when I got the car back, it looked like nothing ever happened! After my son’s vehicle was damaged in a collision with a deer, we had Caliber make the repairs. The vehicle was as good as new in a very reasonable amount of time and we were kept informed of the status of the repair all along the way. We are very satisfied with the results!

I ended having a deer run into me, then had to file an insurance claim. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with anything like this. The man who helped me with everything was nice, patient, and communicated every step of the way. Always left messages and ways to get in touch with him. I ended up getting my car back early, with a minor delay. My car looked new, they did really good with the paint job. I had a slight issue with paying my deductible in a lump sum at that point in time, however the guy who I had talked to informed me of affirm. That helped me get my car without the lump sum and gave me an over time payment I could manage. Thank you Mr. Kenneth!

Caliber repaired my daughter’s truck. The people were super nice and kept me well informed of the changes on repairs and changes on the due date. I did experience a few issues but they made it right. My experience would not turn me completely away from using them again.
