I dropped off my 2019 Mini Cooper at Kinnaman’s Auto in Cartersville, Ga. for a new battery, an oil change, and a diagnostic check, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sky , the service rep, was awesome-very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They texted me a clear breakdown of the recommended work and pricing, giving me the opportunity to accept or decline, which I really appreciated. The prices were very competitive, and the service from start to finish was top-notch . I will definitely be back for all my future needs. Highly recommended!

Great shop, a check engine light I had been trying to get fixed for over a year they fixed in a day, other shops couldn’t figure it out or told me outrageous prices. They have very reasonable prices and explain the prices for labor and parts. I will definitely be bringing my Malibu back for further maintenance!
