Caliber Collision has truly amazed me with their outstanding customer service. From the moment my car came in, the team showed compassion, professionalism, and dedication. They kept me updated through every step of the repair process, explained everything clearly, and were always patient even when challenges came up with approvals and parts. What impressed me most was their transparency and the way they went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. I had such a wonderful experience at this auto shop! From start to finish, the customer service and communication were excellent, and the work done on my car was top-notch. The manager, James, went above and beyond — not only making sure everything with my repair was handled smoothly, but also helping me with something very special. I had accidentally left my 1-year-old’s favorite pair of shoes in the car (they’re her go-to for her first steps), and James was kind enough to set them aside at the desk for me to pick up. That small act of thoughtfulness meant so much. It’s rare to find a shop that cares about both their work and their customers in this way. Highly recommend!
