After an unexpected accident, I thought I was screwed in terms of getting my car fixed, until I discovered Caliber Collision. The staff were really nice, their service was efficient and relatively fast, and they handled my rental car situation during the fixing time well. The final product was clean, polished, and perfect - the inside of my car was clean, the outside was sparkling, and of course, the repairs themselves were impeccable. I’m very happy with the service I received, so thanks to Caliber!

We had a great experience with the team at Caliber Collision in Charleston, Illinois. Even though I do not live near Charleston and my son dealt with them in person, Bob was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even made a courtesy call to make sure everything was ready for pickup. The service was professional, smooth, and stress-free. Even better my son reports his car looks brand new. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of quality repairs. I've never had a better experience.

We brought in a vehicle for an estimate and were really appreciative of the extra time Bob took to explain to us the likelihood of the additional repairs that would be needed after they popped the hood and started working on it. He was completely transparent and gave us his honest opinions even when that ended up meaning that we decided against the repairs due to the cost likely being more than the car was worth.
