Myerscough and crew have taken care of me since I've first used them back in 2019. Any concerns I've had have always been appropriately addressed and handled with professionalism. Rob has always been great with communicating what needs done and why. I think the most important thing to take away from this review is: They fixed my vehicle when it needed fixed. Correctly. The FIRST time. It can be tough to balance life and vehicle repair while keeping the "work" part moving as it should without transportation.. They have picked my vehicle up within city limits, fixed it, and dropped it back off for me. This shop has offered to take me to my workplace while my vehicle is being worked on. Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Service - I am writing this review to detail a recent, highly frustrating experience. While the initial repair was necessary, the subsequent service and management interaction were unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in to address a noise coming from the brake area. The technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty control arm, and the estimated cost was approximately $400. I approved the repair, and the work was completed. Upon picking up my car and driving home, I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was significantly off-center. I returned to the shop the same day. I was informed that the replacement of the control arm had altered the vehicle's alignment, causing the steering issue. This consequence of the repair was never mentioned to me b

Ron Myerscough and his staff go above and beyond for their customers and are extremely accommodating for any issue or problem that may arise. They are just down the road from my place of employment. It’s very comforting to have their family feel of automotive service close by when I’m here in Charleston. I highly recommend them!

I went to Myerscough with very little information about the place. I live 45 minutes away. I had to get my intoxalock calibrated. When I arrived I asked if I could also get an oil change, they gladly changed my oil, and rotated my tires. But my favorite part was the text I got shortly after leaving it was an inspection summary they did on my vehicle. Very helpful and informative. I will gladly go back to see these guys.everyone was pleasant and informative.
