I hit a deer in my 2025 Nissan frontier Pro 4X and Tore off the whole front passenger side panel came out to be about $12,000 of damages total, I heard good things about caliber so decided to take it to them and it’s the best decision I ever made. They did a phenomenal job looks better than the day I bought it. They even detailed the inside A little bit for me before I came to get it. They were very forthcoming about details an updated me along every step of the process even when insurance was being difficult they fought for me if anybody ever gets an accent by far, this is the first place I will recommend for anyone.
Caliber Collision did an outstanding job repairing our car! Every single person we spoke with and worked with was courteous, professional and very helpful - and our vehicle looks great! I also appreciated their automated text updates letting me know where we stood in the repair process every step of the way. I highly recommend CC!
This has been the best experience. They communicated very well, updated me every chance they got! I live in Roanoke, my car had to get towed to christiansburg location because Roanoke location was way to full and I would’ve been on a long waiting list. I got in a minor fender bender and Ethan did a phenomenal job at fixing it right up! The car was in the shop within 4 days of getting an estimate, and it was ready to pick up within 3 business days. Service was very quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!
