Caliber Collision

Our car was backed into over the holidays. Going through the insurance process we ended up here. Everything was very smooth and easy from start to finish, and repairs were done in less than a week. We’re very happy with the work they did on our car as well. It honestly looks as good as new

By far the friendliest staff, always willing to help, once I picked up my vehicle the work looked good, some over spray on the back end but it's always covered by the liftgate, the one thing that was pretty bad was in how they left the inside a mess, white dust everywhere, on the seats and just everywhere, brought it back because the tailgate had material rattling inside, the rear emblem was loose and the bolts came out, then all of a sudden the emblem was broke and then another $700 was needed for repairs, at least this time they really cleaned the inside, it probably would have been ok but the GM started talking about how some parts are one time use ( he should have stayed in the office), that's when I call BS on it being broke, the tech just lied to the front staff, the emblem still do

We had the best experience with caliber collision! Irene was super communicative throughout the entire process and the turnout for getting our van back was super fast. They also returned our rental car for us!

We had some hail damage fixed by Caliber Collision hands down some of the best service in town! Clean nice welcoming shop, the staff there are so kind and helpful! They also completely cleaned the outside and details the inside of my husbands filthy work truck that was covered in mud. They definitely work fast and efficiently so you can be back in your vehicle and go above and beyond!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! They will 100% have our business again if the time ever comes again!!

Great team here. They kept me apprised throughout the process, dealt directly with the adjuster and helped navigate some of the inevitable issues encountered along the way. The repair quality was too notch.
