Discount Tire

I called in to see if they accept walk ins. I was told, “Yes, we love walk ins!” They even said they would be glad to take me even though they were 30 minutes to close. The affordable pricing and the clean gentlemen makes tires an easy experience at Discount. I wish it was quicker, but 1.5 hours for 4 tires and alignment as a walk in during a busy morning is super reasonable. They kept me informed and let me know my options without being pushy. Great location with Walmart and food options nearby to pass the time. I’ll definitely be back to Discount Tires!

I went in this morning because I had slow leak on one of my tires. I figured it was coming from a valve stem. They did in fact find the leak coming from a valve stem and replaced it… They took the initiative to check all my valve stems, and they found a leak on the same side on the front. They came out and communicated with me that they be changing that as well. When they went to Mount the rear and front wheels they had a problem with one of the lug nuts going back on on my front, and I was a little bit irritated about that when we were holding the conversation, but just a little bit. So I came home and I was in fact able to get that lug nut on and make sure that they were all torque down to specifications which they were, and in that moment was greatly appreciative that they did not try t

I came in with an appointment for a leaking tire and to get my tires rotated. The estimated time they told me was 1 hour. I waited an hour and a half just for them to patch up 1 of my tires that had a screw in it. They came and told me that they wouldn’t be able to rotate my tires because my alignment was off, and they recommended that I get ALL new tires because the bad alignment had “messed up my tires.” We had just purchased these tires from them and THEY installed them 6 months prior. They said that they could do the alignment for me, so I agreed. 1.5 hours later and my car is STILL waiting in the parking lot. At this point I had been there for 3 hours. I finally went up and just told them that I wasn’t going to have them do the alignment anymore, and I left. I get out to my car and

Usually have had a great experience there. This time a simple tire repair was a time consuming, frustrating experience. Front counter person Duston did not seem to have a clue what he was doing. Sorry but that's the way it was. Have bought many sets of tires there, so hopefully next visit will be better.

I called in & ordered my tires, the Rep seemed knowledgeable. I went in 3 days later to drop off my truck for installation. I waited and waited to get to the counter then the desk rep looked confused and ignored my until I asked if I could leave my vehicle so he put my name on a sheet of paper and off I went. I received a E-Mail my vehicle was ready. I went down inspected the tires, same size and type, the sidewalks were dirty. I went into the sales floor to pay and once again had to wait an exorbitant amount of time then one sharp rep said he could help wile waiting for a customer to go out to his vehicle. He was acknowledging my presence and efficient taking my $1700.00. I think next time I’ll go to tire rack and have another shop install them. The tires do feel like they were balanced
