I needed a damage front bumper and some steering alignment work done on my car due to a small accident from black ice. I lived only a mile from this Caliber location so was thinking of helping out a local business. Turn out that was the biggest mistake I ever made related to cars. This place is the most unprofessional and suspicious practice I ever have to deal with. Reason 1. My quote was 2 grand to 3 for the repairs done by Mario. Now, I know estimate is always not the final price, but my final cost was 6 grand. The difference of 4 grand. Professional estimate are not usually that wide. I had a broken side mirror that needed to get fixed and system calibrated. Caliber got me in right away to get a quote and repairs done the week after due to the holidays. I was informed of every step and action during my repairs and got my car back at the promised time. This was my first time using Caliber for repairs and I was hesitant at first but they did an awesome job. I would highly recommend going here for repairs.

Beautiful repairs and my car came back cleaned, which was a nice surprise, however, it took twice as long as promised… It sat there for four weeks and cost me an arm and a leg for the rental car.

I’ve had several experiences with auto body shops and this was painless! I had an estimate from the dealership for over $1100 and Caliber’s bill was a little over $800. They sent regular text messages to keep me apprised of each step. Then when I picked up my car I realized they washed the car and cleaned the interior!
