Our family has been extremely pleased with the care Norris Square provided to my Grandmother. The staff was professional and caring. My Grandmother was very happy there. We especially appreciated the compassion of her care team in her final days.
My beautiful Mother was at this facility in Memory Care. I could not say enough good about the compassionate and care they gave her. My Mom gained her Angel Wings on May 21, 2017. I will forever be grateful to Rhonda and all the amazing staff for the loving care they gave her until the end. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.
During stay at home orders, Norris Square staff have arranged zoom visits for my Dad. This allowed him to visit by video with all his 6 children, and 3 of his siblings and some nieces and nephews from California to New York. Anna, these were very special and important visits . Thank you!
My grandmother was here for years. A grand job the nursing staff does. Beautiful facility. Very expensive.
Staff is great and very dedicated to keeping residents safe during the pandemic. 👍
