Nick with his handsome self was very cool, professional, and gave great customer service. I like that thru text messages I was always updated and informed on the progress of car and at the end of this process my car came back looking brand new. Thanx for all da hard work.

Service was fast and my car looks great. The only complaint is about the greater. She wasn't very friendly,never cracked a smile and very short with her responses. She should work on her greeting skills. Otherwise great shop! Matthew was assigned to my car and he was excellent! Very friendly and informative, and he always had a smile!!!

I was so impressed with the care I received from Caliber. They made everything very easy to understand and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It was an insurance claim, and they worked seamlessly with the insurance company and with the rental car company to make sure I had a vehicle to drive. I have to say, I was really impressed with everything. The lovely woman at the front desk was very warm and helpful, and Nik, who was assigned to me for the repair itself, is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Great insurance experience. Nick was phenomenal and the service was completed before promised. They handled returning my rental car with Enterprise and my car was very clean when they got it back to me. The work was top drawer professional. The car was back to factory spec where it was damaged. Everyone was very helpful and they schedule appointments so the entire process was fast, seamless and easy. Would give ten stars if I could!

Everything about drop off to paperwork to pickup was smooth and seamless! They texted me updates and even answered my questions on the phone with ease and patience.
