Caliber Collision

Went in to get an estimate, this location said it was rated well and had 5 stars so happily drove 30 minutes to get great service. Got there and front desk lady was asking me questions about my car and accident blah blah blah, pretty much robotically, it made me feel like I was just another money sign right from the start. The person at the desk is usually the first point of contact, and if it was this bad that she looked like she didn't like her job or whatever that was and was greeted with that kind of attitude then I don't want to do business with you. Thank goodness I dodged a bullet, and at least something good came out of it. That I will NEVER visit this location again.

The caliber team got my WRX looking good after a minor fender bender. The only thing i noticed after was some slight cracking on the WRX logo, and after I pointed it out, the team ordered in and replaced the part asap.

Being involved in a car accident is stressful, but Caliber Collision made an upsetting situation more than okay. As my insurance company dealt with the at-fault driver's insurance, I was set up with Caliber and they were professional, on top of communicating throughout the entire process, and completed the repairs way ahead of schedule. My car looks brand new without any evidence that there was any significant damage done prior. It looks amazing and I am beyond thankful my insurance company suggested this location when I had inquired about using Caliber Collision. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Working with them to get my car fixed was smooth and my car was finished much earlier than anticipated. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Seriously the best experience ever for after an accident. Communication was top notch and they even graciously spent 15 minutes with me explaining my options and allowing me to process everything (including my emotions!) during that time. I hope I don’t need their services again for a LONG time, but if/when I do, I’d choose them again in a heartbeat. (Also, I don’t write Google reviews, so it says a lot for me to do this)
