Had someone back into my car and scratched up the bumper. I was able to book an appointment for the next day to get an estimate. They were incredibly friendly and explained all options. They ended up being able to buff everything out. They had me in out in a half hour. Didn’t charge me a dime for the estimate and buff. Good to know I was taken care of, and not up sold in a situation I didn’t ask for. Professional and genuinely nice from every single person I interacted with.
I had great service from Terry. unfortunately someone had hit my car and I had to go in for an estimate. Terry answered all my questions and more I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs work done or an estimate thank you Terry thank you again. this is long overdue. I wanted your company to know how grateful I was for your help.
