Michael is super knowledgeable and always has the best customer service! I thought I needed an oil change and he told me that I wasn’t quite due for one and just needed my oil topped off! I appreciated his honesty as most places would still charge you regardless. Bring your vehicle in and he will take good care of you!

I had a great experience here the other day. I brought in my car with a check engine light that was on. When I was checking in, I indicate I had a repair done awhile back for a check engine light and information regarding codes they they found. He said " give me a minute" and went out to my car. He came back in and said " it's reading the same codes, I would bring it back to the shop who made the repair . . .it should still be under there warranty ". Now that's the kind of shop I have been looking for. They won me over.

I brought in my 02 Honda Accord when it started making a clunking noise. Michael was helpful in explaining the issue, whether it was worth replacing, the costs/benefits of different solutions, the severity of safety concerns, and timeline I have left on my car. He didn't charge me for the inspection- just asked that I leave a review and bring my other vehicle to their shop when it needs work! I appreciated not being charged/upcharged for unnecessary work!

I've been going to Superior since 2007. They are the best. Here's why: they are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. That would be enough. But - there *is* more. I recently brought my son's car in, thinking he needed new brakes. It turns out the brakes were fine - but the rotors and struts needed to be replaced. They brought me into the shop and showed me the worn parts. While not necessary, it built trust. Then he brought a new strut into the lobby, along with the old strut that needed to be replaced. Needless to say, the difference was appreciable. Not many repair places have asked me to "press on both struts and tell me if you notice a difference." It was wonderful experience there in one word! Michael was amazing as he suggested me a lot of things in terms of the safety concerns for my vehicle. Most importantly, Superior Automotive has the best ever prices among all other repair shops. I thank them cordially!
