Edit: one week after they replied to email them, still haven’t heard back, no email no call no text, nothing. Edit: 4 days after posting this review they replied to email them, I already emailed the communitymanager@ email they provided the same day I posted this review and haven’t heard back. This is the quality of work I got back after having my truck for over a month, missing decals and chip guards. Dust left inside of vehicle. My bed cover was never lined up to close properly. The bolt for the positive battery cable was snapped and left loose. The inner rubber fender well was ripped off and never reinstalled and my steering wheel is crooked while going down the road. This is unsatisfactory work and I expect someone to make this right but not by your hack job mechanics. And to add my

I figured I would give credit where it is due. The team at caliber collision took care of my car after it was an accident and when I got the vehicle back, it was like the accident never happened. They took very good care of me from beginning to end and kept me updated in the process. I will be recommending them to everyone !

UPDATE :FEBRUARY 13, 2024 I had a minor problem with my car that had nothing to do with the beautiful job they did a month earlier. I called in and they allowed me to bring my car in the next morning and Zack took care of it right away. Once again, Caliber Collision, Ephrata is proving to be the best place to go to! Also, the wonderful lady at the reception desk was so nice to me when I came in. I wish I had asked her name so I could note it here. IF YOU NEED A COLLISSION REPAIR SHOP YOU NEED TO COME HERE!!! I have a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek that was involved in a front corner collision. This team did awesome and professional work on my car. Customer service was great and kept in touch with me during the repair process. Highly recommend their expertise.

My car was in shop for 2 months with flat tire/ broken rims and engine issue. Everything was good when I got my car back. A month later or so I finally cleaned my trunk and found out they didn't return my spare tire back.
