After my recent accident, I was concerned about the repair process, but this crew exceeded every expectation I had. Everyone here was amazing and made me feel extremely welcomed! Their front desk staff was very warm and friendly and the technician was very friendly and skilled! They helped me to understand the issue with my car better, which was extremely helpful for someone with little to no knowledge on vehicles. Overall, 10/10 experience!

I walked into caliber collision, thinking I had an appointment. Turns out I did not- the claims rep for my insurance company, failed to make the appointment. Josh and Andrew said it was no problem and took a look at my Vehicle right away. These guys were just triple-fabulous in helping resolve the situation. Angie walked out immediately and assessed the damage to my car. It was minimal, yet he pointed out some details I had not noticed and made a quick fix on them. He gave excellent advice and recommendations. And my car literally looks better than when I walked in. I I have to say my expectations were far exceeded. So recommending Caliber Collision at Pickett Road is a no-brainer. Absolutely five star service and support.

Caliber did an amazing job repairing our minivan after we had an unfortunate run-in with a parking garage pillar. All the staff there are wonderful! Josh and Melissa took great care of us from the coordination side, while Bruce and Andrew completed a flawless repair. Andrew very kindly even buffed out an unrelated scratch for us, on the house. I highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs post-collision services - you can’t go wrong there!
