Joyce. You’re absolutely amazing. Very good at your job and excellent customer service. I was kept updated almost every day and all questions were answered right away Volvo can be complicated, but It gave you no issues at all. I can tell the level of knowledge from the way the ticket was written up and the way the parts were chosen . They really know what they’re doing and there’s no guess work. The best body shop I have dealt with in a long time if not the best I’ve ever dealt with. I wanted a certified Volvo repair shop. I found them on the Volvo website. David and his team went above and beyond in terms of the work done. He was highly professional and provided a detailed estimate along with a clear pickup timeline within just 2–3 business days. I was appreciative of the effort they put into my car. They worked through the holidays and my car was ready 2 days ahead of schedule.
