I filed a claimed through my insurance and this was the location that my insurance company and I agreed on. Dropped my car off on a Friday and on Monday, I was told that most likely my car was going to be totalled. I talked to my insurance claim rep. And decided that I was going to get my car back and figure something out for just the moment. Well, since Cailber Collision thought that I was going to total my car. They switched out my expensive brand new tires with some old balled tires. How did I noticed, my car was shaking while driving in the middle lane of a busy interstate. I had to pull over, looked at my back tires and both tires are balled. Had to put on a spare and get 1 tire replaced. Well thank God for my father, because he noticed that the tires on my car wasn't the original

I had a nightmare experience at Caliber Collision after my Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 was hit by a deer. This shop was recommended by GEICO, but the quality of work was completely unacceptable for a luxury vehicle. Major Issues: Poor Workmanship: When I went to pick up my car, the Mercedes-Benz emblem was literally falling apart. Instead of replacing it properly, they simply glued it back on. Aftermarket Parts: Despite being a high-end vehicle, they used aftermarket parts for everything. Pricing Discrepancy: The initial GEICO assessment was around $1.4K, but the final bill jumped to $5.3K. It feels like a total rip-off to charge that much for such low-quality parts and labor. Delays: They were much slower than promised. The original estimate was 3–4 days, but it took significantly longer.
