My entire experience with them was exceptional! They made it so easy for me, keeping me informed throughout the entire process, and the care they displayed all around. A deer sucker punched me in the right side fender and light. My car looks so good, that it looks like it never happened!! Thank you so much for the kindness, the hard work, keeping me connected, and making me feel like a valued customer and not just another number!! Exceptional service and work! Great Job!

Before leaving a review for this shop, I read previous Google reviews from other customers. I understand many of their concerns; however, having worked in this industry myself, I know that parts delays are sometimes unavoidable. That doesn’t mean the person handling my vehicle should be blamed there’s only so much they can do when parts are delayed. A major issue is that some customers don’t always see it that way. The employees at this shop put in a lot of work and dedication to get our vehicles back on the road. Vehicles are expensive nowadays, and none of us want new car payments. I would like to say that out of all the repair shops I have EVER been to Caliber Collision is hands down the absolutely the best! Stephen Gomez did my estimate and kept me updated on everything that was going on. I actually thought they were going to keep my car for a while but I ended up having a 3 day turnaround. I received my car back better than what I turned it into. I’d also like to thank the ladies up front. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked about, even helped out with my rental car. Thank you!

My car was hit overnight while I wasn't there. It was a difficult and annoying situation but not the worst. CC made the process of getting my car done SO EASY.
