Caliber is extremely thorough and reliable, they get it done right. Very happy with the work on my Subaru Forester. Was only cosmetic damage but they checked the hub and the axle and all the underlying components. Would highly recommend!!
Amazing service! The repair was done quickly. The shop communicated with me, as well as my insurance company, every step of the way. My car was finished a week ahead of schedule and the repairs look amazing. Even picked up my vehicle and it had been freshly cleaned. I absolutely recommend Caliber Collision and will use them again in the future!!!
Grant Eubank was the "Customer Service Consultant" who handled everything regarding my repair work. He was excellent. He kept me well Informed and my repair was done in the time frame he told me it would be. He kept me informed while the work was progressing. The repair work was perfect. A large dent in the rear quarter panel and bumper damage. The truck was good as new when they finished. A very well equipped and professional shop. Paintwork was flawless. I would recommend to anyone. Even though the other party's insurance covered the repairs I thought the price they charged was very reasonable. Cali ber also handled ALL of the insurance paperwork.
If you have a Tesla and need repairs done then you need Rusty and his team at Caliber Collision. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. They keep you informed of the work and give you a step by step of what needs to get done. Beth the front desk attendant is an absolute gem.
