Caliber Collision

We had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision, and I can’t say enough good things about Chris, who worked on our Camry. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly communicative, friendly, and professional. He kept us informed at every step, explained things clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. The quality of the work was outstanding. Our Camry looks fantastic, and it was clear that real care and attention to detail went into the repair. It’s refreshing to work with someone who not only does great work but also genuinely cares about the customer experience. If you’re looking for a body shop you can trust, Caliber Collision is the place to go, and Chris is someone you’ll be glad to work with. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Caliber Collision in Fuquay. I especially appreciated the frequent updates provided by the service team regarding the status and timelines. Additionally, having a partnership with Enterprise Rental, conveniently located in the same complex, was a great perk.

My car was transferred here after Caliber in Clayton crashed into my car. I’m still waiting for the hidden cameras to come out for a prank tv show. This has been unbelievable. I still have a 10 inch long scratch they assured me would be buffed out. I told the manager to stop asking my husband for things. The car is in my name only. I am the owner. The decision is mine. He said he understood then immediately hung up and texted my husband. Then put a rental car for ME in my husband’s name. Misogyny is disgusting. I told him multiple times I was coming after 5pm the next day and he said he understood. Then told me my car won’t be ready in the morning… I don’t know if he doesn’t listen well or what the problem is. The mechanic at Ford was even confused that they couldn’t figure out a basic ob

I had to take my car into Caliber after being rear ended and they did an amazing job fixing my car. Nobody ever wants to get into an accident and it’s a huge inconvenience when it happens but Caliber made it an easy, stress-free process when it came to the repairs of my car. I received updates frequently and when I got my car back it looked better than ever. The interior was even spotless which was an amazing bonus. Lisa and Matt were especially great and helped me with any questions I had. I knew the whole time my car was getting repaired that it was in great hands and I cannot recommend Caliber enough. If you’re looking for people who care, are extremely friendly and are beyond amazing at their job, this is the place to go!
