These folks are incredible! They are very warm and welcoming. They immediately make you feel as though you are part of their family. They explain everything in detail, and they keep you well informed via text updates all the way through the process. I highly recommend Caliber to everyone. You won't be disappointed. Loved every step of this process. Caliber Collision took the stress out of it. I was kept up to date via text with every stage the repair was in. I got a detailed estimate. They sent me an estimate of the completion date. The car repair was finished early, which was great. I used Enterprise for the rental car, which I could leave at Caliber Collision when my car was ready for pickup. THAT in itself was a great bonus not having to juggle 2 cars and getting an extra driver. The van looks like it was never hit. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if the need were to arise. Have not taken after pics, but looks new!!

Missed spot on my bumper the 1 piece of trim is a completely different black they offered to repaint it however it should've been done right the first time the tire shop they used didn't get my steering wheel completely straight after an alignment not happy with their services

The entire process from the initial estimate to the final inspection and pickup was great! From the friendly office staff to the quality work performed by the shop Caliber is fantastic. If you need any collision repairs done I highly recommend Caliber.
