I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision. From the first moment of contact, the team was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repair process clearly, kept me informed with consistent updates, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of the repair was excellent. My vehicle looks brand new, and the attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was their customer service, everyone was patient, transparent, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. Took my car to caliber-Gastonia location. They did a wonderful job on the repairs. I did not get my car back when they said I would but parts were an issue-that I understand. I only had one issue with caliber and the GM Mr.Cory, fixed the problem for me.

Great company, speedy with superior results! The employees were super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The office administrator was beyond helpful she took their stress out of contacting the rental car company and worked with my insurance to make sure I understood all the documents. My vehicle was ready quicker than quoted and looked brand new again. Definitely use them if you’re looking for collision repair!

Run from this location, do not walk. I chose Caliber because my insurance listed them as a preferred vendor. Big mistake. They kept the car over 30 days and we had to pay out of pocket for the balance of the car rental. They appeared to attempt to change the insurance for repairs that the insurance deemed unnecessary then tried to make us pay for it. It was over $1200. I don't believe they did the alignment as they claimed. The vehicle was pulling to one side. Then we took the car back and come to find out they didn't put all the parts back. When we asked about returning the car to get everything completed, the manager was basically like do you think you're the only car that needs to be returned for poor quality work. Take a number. I repeat, do not use Caliber, especially not this locati

Mr. Corey Patterson was amazing!! He explained everything I needed done for my car and got it all fixed up in less than a week. This is the first time I’ve had to come to a body shop and the experience was wonderful. If I ever do have to come back I would definitely request him.
