Caliber Collision

I absolutely loved my experience with Caliber collision! They were so friendly kept me up-to-date the whole time. My car looks amazing. Literally looks brand new. It was done when they said it would be. They were upfront and honest about everything. No surprises at the end. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Thank you for taking such good care of my car.

Did great work on my car. Couldn't tell there was any damage, and everything seemed to work flawlessly. Although one time, I had asked to have a mirror repaired, and I was quoted about $400, excluding the cost of having it painted as well. I supposed that was fine as long as they repaired my mirror or did some sort of extensive diagnostic. However, they merely plugged it in a machine—something which didn’t seem very complex, took no time at all, and displayed a message even I could understand. After reading that there was no connection to the sensor, they said that there was nothing more they can do and handed me the bill. To make matters worse, they had went ahead and painted the mirror beforehand, so I had to pay for that when I ended up having to throw the whole mirror away as a resul

Steve and his team was very professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout the repair process. When I picked up the car it was perfectly repaired after the damage it suffered. Caliber did repairs to my car after I struck a deer. They were very helpful and patient with me when I had a lot of questions. They ordered all the parts and waited until the parts were in before having me bring my car in. Mark was honest and upfront about the whole process and made sure to get it all done in a timely manner so I wouldn't have to spend too much on my rental. The work they did was fantastic! It looks like the damage never even happened! Scott and the ladies in the office were also great to talk to and made sure everything was taken care of for me. They even communicated directly with the rental agency to have them pick me up and contacted them after I dropped the car back off! Thank you for all the great service!!

First time a deer was struck in my truck it went to Caliber Collision in Berlin, Md. & they did an excellent job. When I struck a deer this time I thought I would have to go back to Maryland again but was very happy to see they had expanded to Delaware & were right here in Georgetown. I was not let down. I received the same professionalism & excellent work that I received in Berlin. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone & I will return if I ever need their services again (but hopefully I won’t).
