About a year ago, some paint that was applied by another Caliber location started bubbling. Because the paint was under their warranty, I took it to the closest Caliber, on Mountain Rd. They looked at it immediately, got it in quickly to fix it at no charge, and they explained that old ceramic coating was likely the cause. They had to scrape layers of paint and ceramic coating off and repaint the whole area. They did a great job and were very cool about the whole thing. I will definitely use them again when auto body work is needed.

I recently brought my 2018 Ford XLT for repairs caused from an accident. From the moment I walked in, I was met with courtesy from the ladies at the front desk. I was then greeted by Jake who wrote the estimate and reviewed all the steps needed to complete repairs. The work was completed on time and done to perfection.
