Glass Doctor Auto of Glen Allen

Got my windshield replaced about a week ago and it was very painless. Got a quick quote over the phone, got me in within 2 days. It did take most of the day but it was no problem since they have a corner bakery right near it. They were cheaper than everyone else I called and have a 12-month warranty! I wish I remembered the two ladies I spoke with but they were lovely. I run a business and have already recommended it to two of my clients.

My windshirld installantion was done at the time I was told.it would be. My new windshield looks fantastic and I have peace of mind with the 1 year warranty they do for chip repair and or replacement if needed! A+++++

If I could give 6 stars I would! Very friendly people, quick service and exceptional customer service. I really appreciate what they were able to do for me in the time I had available. My windshield looks great again and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone needing windshield repairs.

Amazing is the only word I have. We called them multiple times asking clarifying questions and sometimes the same question a few time. It was all answered so patiently and warmly. Drop off was super easy and the service was top notch. They were fairly priced with top notch service. I don't think we will go anywhere else after this :)

Very pleasant experience over all! I went with Glass Doctor because of their great reviews and I was not disappointed! Dropped my car off in the morning and got a call before lunch to pick it up! Very professional and a job well done!
