Caliber Collision

I was told they would call me when they took it apart to see what needed to be fixed and how long it would take. They never did so I had to call after 2 weeks to ask. They kept saying it would be ready and then it wasn’t. They finally said it would be ready in 1-1.5 hours. My fiancé took an uber an hour there and they hadn’t started what they needed to finished. He had to wait 3 hours. There is still a piece sticking out so they didn’t even completely finish.

Great service, communication was frequent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always knew the progress of my vehicle and finished when promised. Great service, great body work!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work!!!

I stopped by this morning to get an estimate for a repair from an uninsured driver, expecting to have to file a claim and deal with a whole process. The manager took a look at my bumper, told me it really just needed to be buffed out, and literally took care of it on the spot. No charge, no hassle. He easily could have told me it needed more work, but instead he was honest and helped me out in minutes. The bumper looks great and the customer service was even better. Really appreciate the integrity—this is exactly the kind of shop you want to deal with. Highly recommend.

I recently had to take my car here twice for two different accidents. Bri and TJ took great care of my car and made me feel less stressed about the situation at hand. They sent me frequent updates and pricing for everything was very transparent. I highly recommend this location if you want a place that feels welcoming and is trustworthy.
