Can't explain how great of a job these guys did. Wife hit a deer and I had it towed to these guys, glad I did, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO COME HERE, DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. These guys did a great job, kept in touch with me every single day unprompted and updated me every step of the way, once again I cant explain how satisfied I am these people are amazing and their customer service is outstanding

I can't speak to the quality of their work but in March I was in an accident that affected mainly the headlight assembly. The person who was responsible had GEICO as their insurance company and GEICO recommended Caliber so I took my car there. Due to the age and rarity of the car I understood it was potentially going to be a total loss vehicle but prior to taking it to the shop I made GEICO aware that if that was the case I would likely retain ownership and then upon checking the car in I told Caliber the same. The said it would not be an issue. Ultimately the car was a total loss and I began the paperwork with GEICO for retaining ownership. The car was fully operable before taking the vehicle in and met safety requirements so they set up a cosmetic total loss title (a West Virginia brand

THEY DESERVE A GRAMMY. I was so nervous about how my car was going to be. But for one everyone was so nice. And updated me the whole process. And 2. The work they did was out of the world. I literally can not tell I was hit by a car and needed work done. Thanks sooo much to the team.

Amazing! Even with a blizzard setting shipping back for more than half of the country, they still managed to get my car finished as fast as possible. They kept me updated throughout the entire process(even when closed for the blizzard) with text updates and a link to keep me fully updated with repairs and costs! Staff were all friendly and helpful. My car looks brand new, and they even team up with enterprise so I could leave my rental with them upon pickup! Having an accident sucks regaurdless, but they made it the easiest process ever! Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

Excellent work! Excellent customer service! Mine went through another person's insurance so I'm not exactly sure of the final pricing, but it was completed early and they returned my rental car. Would definitely recommend to friends and use again
