My car window was recently broken into, which was definitely an unsettling experience. Thankfully, Caliber Collision in Ham Lake made the process smooth from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance company and were able to get my vehicle in quickly. The repairs and window replacement were completed in less than a week, and everything was handled professionally. Carlos kept me informed throughout the entire process and clearly explained the repairs. His communication and professionalism really stood out. On top of that, they went above and beyond by detailing my car before pickup. It was thoroughly cleaned and looked great when I got it back. We went to ham lake caliber to get my passenger side window replaced, they were incredible to work with!!!! We weren’t able to get things fixed right away as I was expecting a baby soon, yuepheng yang was incredible and helped us tape up our mirror for free and then fixed our mirror when we are able to get in after delivery. Incredible service. Got it done in 30 minutes!!
