Wasn’t really feeling up to doing a timing belt job because it involves doing the water pump, the timing belt is very hard to get to on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia and I assume that most shops wouldn’t want to do it because of how old the vehicle is but they are quick to get back to me and offered to do the job and not insanely expensive I was able to keep the old parts to see what they look like after 100,000 miles of wear and tear and they offer a loaner vehicles. Since I kind of figured it would take a couple days to get the job done. Pat did excellent work I’d highly recommend you come to the shop for your automotive needs even if it’s just something as simple as an oil change I’d give them six stars if I could 👍🏻

Took our daughters car to have a new alternator installed. They left bolts loose on the alternator bracket. Took my wife's Ford Fusion here to simply have the transmission fluid changed andI was charged more than what the Ford dealership would have charged. Lastly I had our Ford Fusion engine oil changed and when I came home I checked the oil level and it was 1 quart low. Stay away from this place. Eventually you will get burned IMO It's still a problem because I believe I put up with poor workmanship several times. The engine oil situation was ridiculous. When I checked the engine oil when I came home it was 1 quart low and I provided 7 quarts. Your team clearly kept a quart. Folks this place is 👎 NOT a 5 star shop. I dislike leaving reviews and am tired of being asked for surveys for everything. In spite of my attitude, I need to take the time to shout out to Elite Automotive in Ham Lake for doing a good job with the work. Difficult repair that not many would be able to do. They did it well. Took an old car and made it new again.
