I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision! They were very flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment, their staff was super kind, and they kept me updated on my car throughout the whole process. My car was done a few days early and it turned out amazing! It now looks like it did the day we bought it! Could not be more grateful for them!

After my stationary car was sideswiped by a tractor trailer, Caliber was the second body shop that I called. The first place wanted me to bring the car in for an estimate the following week. When I called Caliber they immediately agreed to have my car towed to their shop. Within hours and I had an estimate that was quickly approval by my insurance (Erie) the day after the accident. The car was ready for pickup 4 days earlier than the original estimate. They did great work. The exterior shell of the right side of the car required complete replacement and now it looks brand new. Great work. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Great shop, great work. Paint match is unreal. They did forget to buff out a scratch I asked about. But, now I’m just nitpicking. But, highly recommend. I posted some before and after photos since no one does that.
