Truly amazing service! I genuinely could not have chosen a better team to handle all of my car’s repairs. I was assigned with AJ and he was very professional, friendly, detail-oriented, made sure to keep me updated throughout, explained everything thoroughly, and was patient with any and all of my questions. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel reassured and confident in trusting my car with their shop throughout. And, my car genuinely looks brand new because of this team. I am truly grateful for AJ and every single person on this team. The coordinator at the front, Sherry (I apologize if I spelled that wrong), was also super welcoming, friendly, detail-oriented, professional, and brightened my day each time I went to the office. The repairs were not done correctly. Other auto shops would have fought to get new parts while they said they would not do that. Only reconstruct the broken parts. Also the my car kept making weird noises that they didn’t make before I took it there and my tired was punctured. The African American lady at the counter also had the rudest tone to her voice. I ended up just doing the work myself. Thanks for nothing!

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. I had to come 5 times back and forth because I was told my car was ready, but every time, there was still something wrong. The craftsmanship lacks at this location. They tried handing the car over to me in hopes I wouldn’t be able to catch the poor work.

My car is fixed (insurance recommended as closest body shop to me) but it took over 3 weeks. Had to keep calling to get updates because I would be told one date, then comes the day and no word so I would call and be told another week. Or the time after I dropped it off on a Friday - told I would get a call no later than Monday but Wednesday rolls around and I had to call for my update. Not an expert so I don't know how much this would cost by it was $8k at the end so thank goodness for insurance, right? They matched the paint nicely though and despite the heavy chemical smell inside, I'm pretty happy to have my car back again.

Excellent customer service and very detailed oriented. The repair work was top notch and I received the vehicle back early.
