Caliber Collision

3 1/2 stars. The body panels are not perfect. Gaps are not aligned well. They could have spent a few more minutes on that. The paint was not blended well. The hood and A pillar is clearly a different shade than the fender. Communication was lacking at best. We were not kept informed about what the insurance company was telling them about the possibility of totaling the car. We were not given the respect to make our own decision on that.

Wife hit an elk last January and caliber repaired the vehicle to the tune of around $20k. Took car back for warranty work to replace a failed part this week and they replaced the part, fixed another minor issue and washed her up. Craig and Micah do a great job making sure customers are satisfied. I highly recommend you consider Caliber Collision when in need of professional repair. Car looks like new!

I recently hit a deer and had some pretty significant damage. Caliber Collision got me right in. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and went above and beyond. Mya is great to deal with! Explained to me that my pick up was done but they were waiting on one small part- gave me the option to leave it with them or have my vehicle for the weekend. I chose to have it for the weekend. My pickup looked as if it just got detailed when I picked it up. It was so clean! I dropped off again for the last part - noticed my tires were low on air-Montana cold weather. They aired up all my tires and had my pickup ready and shining within a few hours. Highly recommend will hands down go back if I ever need repairs! Great job Caliber Collison Helena!

We wrecked our brand new car into the torso of a four point buck and were absolutely devastated. Micah walked us through the entire process and was always available to field my incessant phone calls and questions, always with a professional attitude, never getting annoyed. The car was returned to us in immaculate shape, it looked brand new. The interior was detailed and they even made us a custom coffee mug with the left over paint from our repair, color matched to the car. I cannot explain how glad I am that I chose to go with Caliber Collision. While I hope I never have to return to Caliber Collision, if I do, it would be without a second thought. I also can’t recommend Micah enough, he was the consummate professional during the whole process and exceeded all of my expectations.

I had my brand new car hit by a teenager, just over 2k miles on it, it was a sad day. Micah at Caliber did a fantastic job of coordinating the whole process of getting my baby back to perfection, which required the manufacturer as well. Highly recommend this shop for getting your car back on the road after unhappy accidents. Can’t say enough good things about this shop and crew!
