Helena Import Repair

Well, due to a variety of factors one of my vehicles had not had an oil change for way too long and so I was looking for somewhere to get it done very quickly. My normal shop when I stopped by had an hour and a half wait so I ended up at a place I'd never even heard of which was Helena import repair. Apparently, they used to be in the center of Helena, but have since moved to a place that's less convenient however they have a beautiful gigantic facility with tons of lifts and even friendly people and free snacks in the waiting room. I was impressed, especially cause I've never even heard of Helena import repair until then. Also, I was looking for the best price around and I knew that around $59 was a pretty good price and so when I called they said come on down, $59.97. So I went down an

They were able to get my car in quickly. I love the text with the estimate as well as a phone call. They were thorough in their suggestions on what the car might need on top of what I brought it in for and courteous when I chose not to do some of those things. The car was done in less than 24 hours. Great job. everyone was courteous and kind.

We went to Helena Imports with a check engine light on our car after being referred by Kolar Tire. Jay, Trevor and team were fantastic. They checked out the car and let us know what needed to be fixed and we were able to work on a lower cost solution and it worked out! The Best part was how honest and understanding of our situation they were. I would 100% recommend going to them. They may cost a little more than most shops, but they genuinely showed they cared and wanted us in a safe vehicle for a cost friendly option. Thanks again Helena Imports!
