Caliber Collision

While the staff was friendly and Crystal provided excellent communication regarding the repair status, I must give a 3-star rating due to the overall three-month repair time, including a one-month delay beyond their control while awaiting the tire and rim. Numerous delays and miscommunications occurred, including one instance where the new manager (Danielle, who was great) was not briefed on my repair issue by the previous manager. Ultimately, after two months and the new manager's suggestion to involve the dealership, the car repair was resolved.

It was the best decision of my life going to this company. If ever I something happens to my car; I will be back again and again. All of you who need work done to your car or cars you will not go wrong with this company; I really love you guys and thank you again for treating me special, keeping me informed with the progression/updates yes, and the beautiful body work just spectacular, never would I thought I was in an accident, not my fault, wonderful job guys. You will be my first and only company that I will gladly come back too with a smile because I know I'm in the best hands with Caliber Collisions.Hands Down. Thank you so very much! This was the best experience I've ever had with a body shop! Great customer service! They updated us continually about the progress of our repairs, and it was finished exactly when they said it would be. And, they did a great job with the repairs. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!

My experience with caliber Collision on Laburnum Ave was GREAT! Every thing that was said that would be done, was done. The time frame that was given was met, and they kept me updated on the progress.
